Goal: Confirm Prometheus targets are UP, review default dashboards, establish a known-good baseline.
  • Port-forward to Prometheus, check /targets — document what's UP/DOWN
  • Port-forward to Grafana, review default kube-prometheus-stack dashboards
  • Run sample Loki queries in Grafana Explore: {namespace="pal-e-docs"}
  • Document findings in the audit note
